Our website uses secure connections (HTTPS); secure encryption for exchange of data and any relevant credit card information is completely encrypted. Bottom line: we've taken every possible precaution to keep your credit card information safe.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the items you must contact us within two business days of receipt of your items. Please understand that we cannot accept returned foods but we will do our utmost to make up for any problem by offering a replacement or credit for future purchase.

Shipping Information & Costs

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis based on weight and our special packaging and handling.

Currently we can only ship orders within the United States. Overseas military orders can be processed if the shipping destination is within the United States. Saturday delivery is not available.

Please note: If you choose to ship chocolates during warm weather or to warm weather locations we must ask you to take responsibility for the condition of the chocolates upon their arrival. Chocolates damaged due to heat exposure will not be replaced.


We do our best to make sure that the latest prices are up on the website. However, our costs are subject to market forces and may sometimes require changes to our pricing that is not reflected on the website. In the case of any unexpected change in price we will inform and ask for your permission to fill the order at the new price.

Comments, Suggestions and, yes, Complaints

Word-of-mouth is the best form of advertising so we are always interested in your comments and suggestions. Should the rare event occur, a complaint, we will contact you within five (5) business days with a resolution to your problem.
